We are seeking talented and self-starter team members who have experience working as a Support Engineer

Support Engineer working in OPLOG, you will be responsible for supporting scale SaaS products used by many various sized, global and local companies such as SONY, Tupperware and many e-commerce companies.

The team’s problem space focuses on building distributed cloud-based systems and multi-tenant, SaaS web applications and offers excellent opportunities to learn and apply the latest techniques and concepts in software engineering practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be monitoring and delivering SLA's & high service quality.
  • Responding to internal and external customer requests within SLA periods
  • Working with product teams to build & sustain powerful self-service
  • Providing excellent support with L1 and L2 level support tools and knowledge bases
  • Solving the bugs that occur in the database when necessary
  • Writing hotfix code when necessary
  • Providing technical support for the warehouse operation to work reliably and with good performance
  • Prioritize issues and classify them according to their severity
  • World class engineering and global line of vision
  • Fast learning of new technologies and adoption to engineering processes.
  • Keep engineering excellency high and drive Agile & value driven delivery practices.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree from computer engineering or proven self-trained engineering skills.
  • 2+ years experience in support process
  • Software debugging skills
  • Knowledge about MS SQL Server or other relational database technologies.
  • Knowledge about web based programming
  • Programming, analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities 
  • Motivated to learn new technologies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

What Would Be A Plus:

  • Knowledge about JIRA service desk
  • Knowledge about AGILE -SCRUM methodology
  • Personal projects that show an aptitude for engineering
